Alice & Sister are an irresistible pair of teacup Yorkies looking for their forever home. Alice (the mom, estimated to be 10+ years old) is 4 lbs and has some minor vision impairment. Sister (the daughter, estimated to be 7-8 years old) is only 3 lbs! When we say tiny, we mean tiny! These two are the ultimate purse dogs and love to be snuggled and cuddled and swaddled in bed. They will appreciate a mature home (their small size makes them susceptible to injury in a home with young children), however they do love to play with toys and have a cat like way of finding mischief around the house. They’re great with other dogs, but due to their size and age, rambunctious, large dogs are just a no go. Both ladies walk well on a leash and enjoy getting out of the house. Alice does have a sincere appreciation for a stroller, though. They’re great in the car and while they’ve never been around cats, they’ve done well with free range chickens so we suspect cats would be fine. Both ladies have had dentals since entering our care. They joined MHCR as owner surrenders when their human mom gave them to a family member. They were bounced around from family member to family member when finally someone wanted more stability and care for the girls and agreed to surrender them to rescue. We’ve promised them their next home is their forever home.
