Mister Biggie Smalls is now ready for his forever home! This handsome low rider was picked up as a stray in Roswell, NM. He had been seen by the peeps in town for quite some time and finally made us way to Animal Control where he was up against the clock on time. Biggie stole the heart of one of our fosters and made his way to CO. Once here it was quite apparent Biggie had an issue going on with his spine. Further testing and an MRI revealed, thankfully, that Biggie suffered some damage in a traumatic event – a condition which is NOT degenerative. He’s one lucky pup and has a swagger to his walk, but he’s otherwise a healthy boy!
Biggie is around 3 years old and 50 lbs. He’s a shy guy. He’s looking for a home with a resident dog to show him the ropes and humans willing to allow him some time to come out of his shell. Biggie is house and crate trained. Biggie isn’t an exuberant, outgoing boy and he doesn’t want to be where the action is. He’s a slow and steady kinda guy.
