If happiness were a dog, it would be Chance. Not only is he pure of happy, brilliant energy, he has a way of making all of those around him happy, too! Chance is a 10 week old, male, Chihuahua mix. He’s only 4 lbs now and we suspect he will max out around 10-12 lbs. He’s in foster care with kiddos, cats, and dogs and he does amazing with them all. He’s a playful, sweet little boy, that’s ready to find his forever family.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
