Daisy's Story

Meet Daisy, the adorable lab/hound mix! She’s approximately 12 months old, crate trained, and house trained, however she currently has a doggie door at her foster home. She is looking for an active family, with older kids (because she can be rambunctious) and would love another active young dog to play with in the home. She is very food motivated and takes to training SO well! She loves walks, toys, tennis balls, treats, bones, and her people. She has a lot of puppy energy and would thrive with someone who will dote on her and appreciate her energy and attentive/adoring behavior.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
