Grace's Story

Amazing little Grace is an 8 week old, female, Chihuahua/Yorkie/Schnauzer type mix. She traveled to MHCR from a high intake shelter in Texas. She and her littermates were surrendered there as orphans at only a few weeks old. Grace is a curious explorer with a side gig as a professional cuddler. She’s being raised with dogs, kiddos, and cats and a friend to each.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports.
