Hank is a little Shepherd mix that’s around 3.5 months old. This little dude is full of life and personality. He LOVES to play with other dogs, he’s crate trained, and does very well inside of a home as long as a door is left open for him and/or he’s taken out for regular potty breaks. Hank is a dog’s dog. What’s that? Well, simply put, he cares all about other dogs but is pretty scared of humans. After a week in foster he’s gone from urinating/thrashing if touched to seeking pets and initiating play with his foster mom while in a seated position. Hank will thrive in a multi-dog home where the dogs are very social and playful. His humans need to be patient and understand that less is more when helping Hank warm up to them. We estimate Hank will be around 50-60 lbs full grown. He’s quiet as a mouse and sleeps through the night, too! His leash training is going well, however, due to his fears of humans, he’s best suited in a home with a securely fenced in yard.
