Meet Harlee, the big ole polka dotted girl! Harlee is a 3 year old, Great Dane/Pit mix hitting the scales at 73 lbs. Harlee was adopted from MHCR 3 years ago as a wee pup and she recently lost her home due to a divorce. This sweetie is dog, kid, and cat friendly. She is looking for a home with a yard and she’d love a playful canine companion, too! Harlee is house and crate trained and is quickly learning the house rules at her foster home (where she was originally born).

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
