Joe Jr.'s Story

Meet Joe Jr! He is a 4-5 year old terrier mix. Joe is full of personality and warms up very quickly! He enjoys being held and hanging out where his people are. He’s still learning not to mark inside the house but hopefully being neutered will help with that! He does well in a crate but doesn’t like other dogs near it when he is inside. He sleeps through the night in his crate, too! Joe would do well with another four legged friend or as an only dog! Approx 10 lbs.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
