Joy is a happy little thing! This adorable, 8-9 year old, Chihuahua mix joined MHCR as a stray from New Mexico. This little darling is pretty versatile as far as Chihuahuas go. She’s great with dogs of all sizes. She’s playful, cuddly, and sweet all without being needy. She enjoys napping either on your lap, the nearest couch or even a dog bed. She has fun taking car rides and is a perfect companion for short shopping tricks. Joy has done well with the kiddos she’s met and we have no reason not to trust her in a home with respectful kiddos. Joy’s forever home should also have a secure fence as she’s quite skilled at finding the smallest little hole.
Joy entered care with the cutest little potato head, Bliss. Bliss is an American Bully mix and will also be available for adoption soon. Bliss is hard at work dialing in her separation anxiety. They are available as a pair to the right home, although we do not believe they are bonded.
