June, named after the month we all long for right about now. June is a 7-8 month old, female, lab mix. Rumor on the street is that she and her brother were strays for some time down in El Paso, Texas. Her brother very much resembles a dane but our girl June, well, she is predominantly a lab. June came to CO with a mad case of happy tail. What’s that? It’s basically when a dog wags their tail so fast and so hard because they’re so happy that the tip of it basically explodes. In an effort to keep her from turning her foster home into the next episode of 20/20, June had her tail amputated and now she’s sporting a fancy little bob tail. It still offers nubbin wags, don’t you worry! June is approx 55 lbs. She’s great with dogs, kiddos, and even shares her home with a baby lamb. She’s looking for a loving home for all her happiness! A couch, a playful doggie friend, and a yard would be amazing!
