Larry's Story

Good things come in small packages! Larry is the most adorable, soft, and snuggly Velcro dog ever! He loves dogs but he loves people more. Larry is looking for a home with humans around often! It’s his one true dream. He does NOT like his crate so he’s likely best in a single family home. At only 4.5 months old, he could certainly be trained. If you’re looking for a happy, busy, super cute little dude, Larry his your guy. While he’s awesome with everyone he meets, we feel he’s best suited in a home with older kids as he has a tendency to get into things and a bunch of kids toys may be too tempting.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
