Michelle is a very special, 8-week-old, Chihuahua mix pup. She came to MHCR from a rescuer in south Texas who got her mom as an owner surrender. Michelle is a happy, seemingly healthy pup that has grown up with her littermates in a loving foster home. She’s great with kiddos, other dogs, and cats. When Michelle was around 3-4 weeks old, her foster mom noticed sometimes she seemed a little confused and would walk in a circular pattern. This happens only occasionally and does not interfere with Michelle’s quality of life. Due to this, we are adopting her out as a special needs pup. Our vet has examined her and feels this is not a condition that will worsen over time as it has remained constant throughout Michelle’s life thus far.
