Sweet, petite, little Mika is ready for her forever home!! Mika joined MHCR about a month ago from a small shelter in New Mexico. She was missing a paw on her hind limb. Once she arrived, Mika’s foster mom immediately noticed that her leg was causing her some trouble as she was sometimes able to use it and other times not. A visit to CSU confirmed Mika was better off without it. After surgery, our suspicions were confirmed as we saw Mika blossom without the weight of her bum leg.
This darling girl that’s around 35 lbs is extremely dog friendly and really benefits from having other dogs in the home. She’s shy when she meets new people and takes a few days to warm up. Once she does, she’s yours forever! Mika is affectionate, cuddly, AND house/crate trained. She’s an absolute joy to have around and will be the absolute light of any multi-dog household’s life!
