Stunning Phoebe is in need of a forever home. This gorgeous girl wearing a beautiful smile and a permanent wink is full of personality. Phoebe joined MHCR from a high intake shelter in NM. She had an eye injury that required immediate removal of her damaged eye. After her surgery, she came to CO and joined a loving foster home. At only around 35 lbs, Phoebe is very petite in stature. She’s dog friendly, loves her human foster kiddo, and is crate trained. Phoebe loves a good snuggle with her humans and a romp in the yard with her foster canine friends. She’s sure to make a great addition to a family!

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
