Remmi's Story

Remmi is an absolute sweetheart according to her foster mom. She loves dogs of all sizes, does very well in her crate, and sleeps through the night. All of the things we appreciate when adopting an older pup! Remmi is approx 5.5-6 months old and is a Great Pyrenees mix. She will enjoy a home with a fenced in yard and another canine companion. Pyrenees instinctually guard and do so by barking so even though she isn’t a loud mouth just yet, she may grow to be. Remmi is a gentle, easy going, and happy pup. She will make a great addition to a variety of homes!

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
