Sweet Reno is a friend to many and a foe to none. This darling, scruffy, guy is approx 40 lbs and 11 months old. He’s great with dogs and cats and may do better in a home environment with a confident dog friend to pal around with. Reno is quiet, gentle, and can entertain himself. He’s also crate trained! Reno is looking for a home with a fenced in yard and a human that can help show him the outside world isn’t so scary. In a home environment he’s simply amazing, but he becomes a giant pancake outside the front door. We aren’t sure of his breed as he could be a number of things. Our best guess is a labradoodle of sorts. He sheds minimally, but that doesn’t necessarily speak to if he’d be an allergy trigger for our more dander sensitive adopters.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
