Scout! Scout is a 6 month-old, male, German Shepherd mix. He’s already 41 lbs so we expect he will be close to 80-90 lbs once he’s fully grown. Scout is a great dog. He loves humans, snuggling, going places, whatever you want to do, he’s here for it. Scout is dog friendly, enjoys wrestling with dog friends, and will very much enjoy a fenced in yard of his own to run around in. His ears have a mind of their own and can’t decide which way is up or down. It’s one of the many endearing things about him. Scout is crate trained, well-mannered in a home, and ready for his forever! Could it be with you?

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
