Sweet Thelma is a 16-week-old, female, Schnauzer/Poodle (and other stuff) mix. She is an outgoing, playful girl that will be well-suited in a home with another playful dog friend. She’s hard at work on her potty and crate training since arriving into foster care. We think she’d do well in a multi-dog home. Thelma’s mom is pictured below. We don’t know who or what her dad was. She joins us from New Mexico. Thelma still has her puppy coat, so her shedding can’t be accurately assessed.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
