He enjoys companionship and at just under 10 lbs, he’s easy to take almost anywhere. Whether it’s snuggling up on the couch for a movie marathon, going for a car ride, or accompanying you on leisurely strolls, he’ll be your faithful companion and bring immeasurable joy to your life. 💞
But there’s more to Uncle Jesse than just his charm. Wherever he goes, he effortlessly captures the hearts of everyone around him and people can’t resist showering him with affection. When it comes to meeting new people and dogs (of all sizes), Uncle Jesse is a total sweetheart. He’ll greet them with tail wags and gentle kisses, eager to meet everyone. He has already made friends with every person and dog in his foster family’s neighborhood as well as employees at the local vet and various stores around town.
While he is a pretty mellow dog at around 10 years old, Uncle Jesse still loves his walks and becomes a bouncing bundle of joy when he’s excited, especially during meal times. Those moments are simply heartwarming to witness as he hops around with enthusiasm.
This brave little Chihuahua has endured a tough journey but has come out as a shining example of strength and love. When he first arrived at MHCR, he was pretty sick battling a parasitic infection and dehydration, but now he’s cleared of it all and thriving like a champ (with the stellar 🌟 bloodwork to prove it). Uncle Jesse is doing wonderfully with his house-training and now consistently goes to the door when nature calls.
