Waffles is a wonderful, 4 year old, 30 lbs Frenchie! She’s a low-energy girl content with a short walk every day or just some backyard play time. She LOVES her humans and she’s great with kiddos. Waffles also enjoys all things hoses — watering the plants is the best job ever. She crates beautifully and does very well with her house training when kept on a good schedule. Waffles would be fine in a home with another dog — as long as it’s not the confrontational type. However, she’d be perfectly content as the only dog, too. She’s a snuggly girl and would love couch privs in her new home. Waffles was adopted a month ago and unfortunately lost her home due to no fault of her own. She was a very valued family member and her prior adoptive mom agrees she deserves nothing but the best. Waffles will require ongoing medication for allergies — which are kept in check well by Cytopoint.

What Our Fosters Say...
My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
