“May the force be with you” as it was with Yoda! Yoda was picked as a stray, no owner found, and quickly made the EU list due to time and space. This sweet, patient, forgiving boy was in the wrong place at the wrong time and needed a plan before being euthanized for space. We are so happy he was saved.
Like his namesake, Yoda is a level-headed, wise, neutral kind of guy. He gets along beautifully with other dogs, seems to like kids, and also seems to be crate and housetrained. He rides well in the car and walks decently on the leash, too! What’s not to like? He has a mild-moderate energy level and is content doing whatever the rest of the family is doing. He’s a healthy guy that is up for a stroll or an adventure, but is also great at his calm/zen time and sleeps through the night. He’s honestly an easy boy to have around (as long as you don’t have cats)! The shelter estimated Yoda to be 6 years old, but our vet thinks he may be a little younger than that. He’s a nice medium size at about 55-60 lbs and is believed to be an Australian Cattle Dog mix. His forever family is going to be lucky when they find him!
