Duke! Duke is a happy, 5.5 month old, male, Aussie mix. This boy LOVES his humans and will thrive in a home where they’re around often to spend time with him. He’s great with canine companions but definitely doesn’t require one in his forever home. Duke is perfecting his house and crate training skills. As with any young Aussie mix, mental stimulation and physical activity is key for a happy life, along with a fenced in yard.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
