Please meet Brie! Brie is just as cute as a button! This little 9 lbs, 2 year old scruff came to MHCR from a very small, underfunded shelter in Texas where she was surrendered with her puppies. Brie has proven to be quite a delight in foster care. She is small, but mighty. Brie is good with dogs of varying sizes and adores people, too. She’s looking for a loving home where she can get all the pampering now that she’s successfully raised her pups.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
