Sammy's Story

Sammy is a petite, speckled, Border Collie mix looking for a home. Sammy is approx 2 years old and she weighs around 45 lbs. She is house and crate trained and is in foster care with multiple dogs and does beautifully with each. Sammy would enjoy a home with another PLAYFUL dog. She’s a herding dog and she plays like one so her canine housemate should appreciate the same. Sammy has been great with kiddos (although she hasn’t lived with toddlers).

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports.
