Meet Chungus!
Chungus is a handsome 3–5-year-old Bulldog with a big head, an even bigger heart, and a serious appreciation for the finer things in life—namely walks, people, and cozy couches.
This sweet boy found himself in rescue after being picked up as a stray and sadly never reclaimed by the people listed on his microchip. Despite being let down in the past, Chungus hasn’t lost his love for humans. He absolutely adores his people and is happiest when he’s by your side, whether that’s going for a stroll around the neighborhood or snoozing on the couch after a long day.
Chungus has limited vision due to untreated chronic KCS (dry eye) and will need eye drops for the rest of his life. Thankfully, he takes life in stride and doesn’t let his visual impairment slow him down. He navigates his world well and is always ready for his next adventure.
He’s crate trained, enjoys his daily walks, and has excellent house manners. Chungus is also dog friendly, though he can be a bit of a bossy pants with other dogs and appreciates canine companions who don’t mind his confident personality.
