Sweet Farrah has quite a story to tell. Farrah was found as a stray next to a heavily wooded area in Texas. She had three pups with her (whom have since been adopted out). A local rescuer was able to lure her in and take her under her wing. Farrah is only around 35-40 lbs and about 2 years old. She’s an observant girl that likes to take her time in new situations while she scopes out who and what everything is. Now that Farrah has tasted the comforts of home living, her number 1 requirement in a forever home is a comfy couch. She’s extremely motivated by attention and affection from her humans (although it may take her a hot minute to decide she trusts you). Farrah will do well with another dog in the home – however, she likes her space and will ask appropriately for it when she’s first getting acquainted with her canine companion. Once she settles in, she enjoys zoomies in the yard and, of course, more snuggle time inside. Farrah’s foster family is helping to build her confidence by teaching her some basic obedience. She’s responding beautifully. She’s also crate trained and does well on leash. Her forever home should have at least a 5ft privacy fence.
