Max (Pomeranian/Poodle mix, 11) and Toby (Dachshund, 9) are a couple old dudes looking for new digs. This dynamic duo has spent the last 9 years of their lives together as beloved family members. Their owners became unable to afford to provide for them and surrendered them to a CO shelter. The shelter is no place for old dudes, so the shelter networked them to MHCR to get them into a foster home. As you can see from the pics, that’s right where they belong. Max and Toby don’t have much in the way of dentition, but they make up for it in personality. They’re down for car rides and leisurely strolls. The best part of their day is when they’re with you. They’re both fine with other dogs however, Toby is not a fan of the young exuberant type (human or dog). They’ve been fine alone for a few hours at a time (potty wise), and would never dream of chewing, errr, gumming up something they shouldn’t. At this point in their lives, separating them is just not an option as one is NOT happy with the other. They’re like cereal & milk, peas & carrots, peanut butter & jelly, you get the idea. No shared walls please, you can blame Toby for that requirement. Both boys are neutered, 4DX negative, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and newly teeth cleaned (including extractions).
