Miles is the sweetest, medium sized (45 pounds), 1.5 year old pittie mix. He has cutest ears, underbite, and personality. Miles was found roaming around some apartment buildings in Houston, seemingly looking for someone to help him. He ended up at a high volume shelter where he need up on the dreaded ‘list’ due to lack of space.
Now that he’s in CO, Miles is working on some weight gain. He is extremely food motivated, so he seems to have no trouble with this assignment 🤣. He is a healthy boy looking for his forever family. Miles LOVES snuggles and happy voices and anyone who is nice to him. He is a bit shy at first and reserved in new situations (and sadly some of the initial submissive cowering that he does makes us worry someone once was not nice to him), so he will need his forever family to be patient as he comes out of his shell. But once he does, he is a playful, silly boy with a unique and happy personality. When he is joyful, he gives the most exuberant full body wiggles, tail wags, and finds his voice to give the cutest happy howl to his people. Miles is crate trained (and maybe fully housetrained) and is doing great interacting with kids and other dogs.
