Miranda's Story

Miranda is an 11-week-old (as of 10/2), female, Chihuahua mix. She has the most stunning red in her coat and gorgeous, light-colored eyes. Miranda is an inquisitive, friendly pup once her trust is earned. She will thrive in the company of other dogs who can show her the ropes. She and her family (mom and three sisters) were found living inside a tire at a city dump in Texas. Miranda overcame so much just to survive and now it’s her turn to live happily ever after!

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports.
