Ah, Tank. Where do we begin? Tank is a 2-3 year old, 60 lbs, English Bulldog. When Tank first came to MHCR he was in desperate need of a neuter and nearly blind due to ulcers on his eyes from entropion. Tank was unruly, obnoxious, and RIDICULOUSLY cute. Since being neutered and having surgery to fix his eyes, a whole new Tank has emerged. He’s happy, easy going, eager to please, and accepting of guidance on how young men should behave. He’s fully crate trained, loves taking walks, and is doing beautifully on his house training. He also loves water! It is important that Tank have a structured life with plenty of mental stimulation (food puzzles and chew toys are where it’s at), and a human (or humans) with that tender bulldog loving heart. He is also extremely food motivated, which makes training him so much easier. He will do well in a home with a fenced in yard, confident, fast (to run away from him), dog that enjoys occassional play. He’d also be fine as a solo dog. Tank isn’t for the first-time dog owner, as tempting as he may be to some. Tank is approx 2-3 years old and 60 lbs.
