Trudy is an 8-year-old Yorkie mix who would like to formally announce that she is retired from all unnecessary activities. Her hobbies include potato-ing, sunbathing, snuggling, and generally being a tiny, furry couch accessory. If you need her, check the nearest sunny spot or look under a pile of blankets.
Now, she does have a few minor character quirks. She’s not house trained, and crate training? Absolutely not. She will bark her little face off in a crate like she’s filing a formal complaint with management. She also happens to be a one-eyed wonder, so she’s rocking the pirate look without any of the questionable lifestyle choices. But honestly, nobody’s perfect.
The good news? Trudy is fantastic with everyone. Dogs, kids, humans… she’s an equal-opportunity love bug. She enjoys walks and car rides, but given the choice, she’ll take a cozy spot in the sunshine over just about anything. And, she’s only 10 lbs so she won’t take up your entire bed, only the comfy spot.
She can’t hear particularly well, but don’t worry, she wouldn’t want to listen to you anyway unless you were telling her to load up and come for a ride.
If you’re looking for a low-key little companion who excels at cuddling, sunbathing, and doing absolutely nothing with impressive dedication, Trudy is your girl. Just don’t mention the crate. ❤️
