Waffles's Story

Waffles is a wonderful, 4 year old, 30 lbs Frenchie! She’s a low-energy girl content with a short walk every day or just some backyard play time. She LOVES her humans and she’s great with kiddos. Waffles also enjoys all things hoses — watering the plants is the best job ever. She crates beautifully and does very well with her house training when kept on a good schedule. Waffles would be fine in a home with another dog — as long as it’s not the confrontational type. However, she’d be perfectly content as the only dog, too. She’s a snuggly girl and would love couch privs in her new home. Waffles was adopted a month ago and unfortunately lost her home due to no fault of her own. She was a very valued family member and her prior adoptive mom agrees she deserves nothing but the best.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports.
