Theo is such a gentle boy with the sweetest face. He joined MHCR recently with his brothers. They were born into a foster home in Texas on May 1st. Finally, their ticket came for a ride to CO and now they’re in separate foster homes awaiting their forever families! Theo is great with dogs (although he’s a little shy at first with them). He enjoys playing fetch, is gentle with kiddos, and uses a doggie door. Theo is also crate trained! He loves to play with the small dogs in his foster family and warmed right up to them.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
