Luna is a 3-4 month old, female, Pyrenees mix. She has a beautiful mask that makes us suspect of some Anatolian shepherd hidden in there, but she’s probably just a good ole Heinz 57 Texas special! Luna is a sweet girl that loves to snuggle. She’s dog, cat, kid, AND chicken friendly. Luna is looking for a home with a large, fenced in yard (5-6’ please) and her very own humans to love. She’s a smart girl and a good listener. Luna is 22 lbs and will likely grow to be a big girl, around 70-80 lbs.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
