Handsome Hank has come a long way since he was abandoned on a dirt road in Texas. A fresh cut, some vet care, and a little foster TLC is all this boy needed. Hank is a happy, friendly, boy that is doing great in foster care. He’s dog friendly, crate trained, and uses a doggie door to go outside to go potty. Hank is a young man at around 9-10 months old. As such, he’s still a pup and will need reminders about how to his best self. Hank will do best in a home with a 5-6 ft privacy fence and another canine companion. He is approximately 45 lbs.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
