This little snuggle bug is Bug! He loves to be snug as a bug with his humans! Bug is a 4 month old little border collie mix. He LOVES dogs and he LOVES people. He hasn’t been directly tested with kids or cats, but he’s gentle and doesn’t seem to have much of a prey drive. Bug will enjoy a home with humans around more often than not. He’s a family guy, what can we say? He’s food motivated and eager to learn! Bug is working hard on his house training. He isn’t in love with his crate yet, but he’s getting there. For this reason, we feel a single family home with a yard is best. Bug is presently 25 lbs.

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
