This beauty is Jazz! She is a healthy, spayed female shepherd mix, about a year old, and has leveled off at about 45 pounds. Thankfully, we were able to save Jazz from a high kill shelter euthanasia list on her last day. She had previously been picked up as a stray. Jazz is crate trained and house-trained in her foster home. She has done well with numerous people and several other dogs she has met. She loves them all! She is good for handling, smart, food motivated, eager to please, and tries very hard to read social cues and learn new things. She is playful but has energy that is easy to channel and she is always up for a good nap as well. She quietly sleeps through the night. Jazz’s ideal home is one with a fenced yard and another dog to play with and/or humans that are home a lot. She will do best with continued training and socialization with her family as she gains life experience. Please give this sweet girl a chance!
