This is Lizzie! She’s a super sweet, 9-10 month old, female, poodle mix. Lizzie is around 35 lbs. This cutie is great with dogs, adult humans, and kiddos! She’s crate trained (albeit complains a little at first, no shared walls, please), and is doing beautifully with her house training when kept on a good schedule. Lizzie is still a young girl and she’s learning the art of home living. Furniture privileges are one thing she insists on and the patio sofa is her fave place for a little cat nap. Don’t delay on this one, she won’t last long!

My daughter and I have been volunteering with Mile High since its beginning, mostly driving the rescue van to NM to help with transports. We connect with other rescue partners, helping these dogs get to CO and then to foster homes, vet care, and their forever homes. We get to spend time together and feel good about helping the pups.
