When asked for some help with Honey’s bio, her foster mom replied, “That’s easy. She’s perfect!” Well, you can’t argue with that! It’s amazing that this 9-12 month old, beauty queen was up next for euthanasia in shelter. The canine companion she entered with had died and she was all alone. Thankfully, her ultra sad shelter face appealed to her foster mom and she was saved. Honey is about 26 lbs and she’s a pocket pittie! She’s great with kids and other dogs of all sizes. She has a sweet, friendly, playful, demeanor and it even seems she possibly lived in a home prior to coming to MHCR. Honey is house and crate trained at her fosters home. Regardless of her past, she’s a wonderful companion and will make any family very happy! Honey does need a home with a fenced in yard.
